The Vegan Fitness Chef

Welcome!  As a certified Personal Fitness Chef, (CPFC) I am able to mix my life-long love of cooking and baking with my love of  healthy foods and my training as a certified health coach, for the perfect blend to find the path to optimal health.

My personal fitness chef business is a based on a vegan lifestyle.  I’ve been growing my own vegetables all of my adult life.   I am comfortable eating and preparing fresh, seasonal vegetables into my meals for myself and my clients.

Some of the classes and services I offer are listed below:

Cooking classes.   In the privacy of your own home, I will set up the classes to the foods and options chosen.  The food prepared is yours to keep.  Recipes are included and provided at the beginning of our cooking class.  Each class is a two hour minimum. I teach both individual and group classes in your home. The cost of the food is extra.

Cooking party for adults or children in your own home.  Under my supervision, in your home, you and your friends or children and their friends, prepare the food for the party.  This gives both adults and kids the opportunity to learn how to prep, cook, and set up for a fun and successful party.  For the adults we prepare healthy appetizers, mini meals and mini desserts of your choice.  For the kids we will prepare fun, healthy snacks, mini pizzas and easy, healthy fruit desserts that taste great!  You choose the foods for the group and the menu.   Food costs are extra (based on the number of people).

 

-Individual health lifestyle program.  Spend the morning or afternoon with me as your PFC and we will do a food plan, grocery shopping, focus on healthy eating habits and food, and even strategies when you go out to make the best food choices.  This is a four-hour program that brings in my health coaching  as well as my PFC training.  This session does not include a cooking lesson, but that can be added for the hourly rate and the cost of any food will be extra.

 

Recipe makeovers.  We’ve all got those family/friend’s recipes we’ve had for years that may be less than healthy.  Never fear! I can work with you to improve them to a healthier plant based version based on your food choices.  This service is a two-hours session but can be extended at the hourly rate.

 

Baking class.  I have been baking on my own since the age of ten.  My maternal grandmother taught me how to make her famous peach pie, including crust, biscuits and all kinds of luscious confections as I grew up.  Not all the best for you, but years of baking experience and healthy living, has afforded me the experience to change up these recipes and show you how you can bake too.  This class is a great idea to teach yourself and your kids how to bake.  Two hour minimum; cost of food is extra.

 

Food planning and prep.  If you’re too busy to get the right foods together for meals, this is a perfect class for you.  I will teach you how to prepare the foods you have purchased for  multiple days and prep the meals so you’ll be ready to eat healthy and delicious meals anytime.  This is a two hour minimum class, cost of food extra.  If you would like to add a smart shopping session to this class, that is available at an hour minimum as well.

 

Online cooking classes. Take the next step to healthy eating by learning how to make your own meals with fresh foods online with me.   We can set up an online course for you to work with me online in your own kitchen.  Each program will be individualized to your own personal experience
