About Kim

Hi there!  My name is Kim Gerhardt and living a healthy lifestyle has been a lifelong passion of mine. As a Certified Health and Wellness Coach, I partner with my clients to support and help guide them towards their health goals and creating a lifestyle that is happy and healthy.  

I have been a student of the fresh food culture and creating new and healthy recipes for many years.  Spending most of my adult life living in California afforded me great weather and garden fresh foods readily available.  I am an avid outdoors person and take every opportunity to get outside and workout even in these cold New York winters!

I live a holistic and plant based lifestyle.  I am also a Certified Vegan Nutrition Health Coach as well as study Herbalism and the art of Aromatherapy as part of  my mindfulness approach to life.  As a Certified Personal Fitness Chef-Plant Based and in Sports Nutrition, I can offer you even more wellness expertise in learning how to make healthier choices.

As a Health & Wellness Coach,  I work with you to improve the areas of your life that may need a gentle push such as increasing your energy levels, achieving weight loss, making healthier food choices and improving your sleep habits.  My practice approach is holistic as well and I take into consideration all aspects of your life to help you achieve your goals.  The focus is on teaching you how to make healthier decisions and learn new lifelong skills!
