What is a health coach?  A health coach is a wellness guide who encourages and motivates their clients to take responsibility for their own health with lifestyle changes.  A health coach empowers their clients with education and motivation to achieve their goals such as weight loss, improving their diet with healthier food choices, better sleep and increased energy levels.  A health coach supports their client every step of their wellness journey.

I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected during my coaching sessions.  Together we will work to achieve your personal health goals such as weight loss, making healthier food choices, improving your body image, learn better sleep habits and more. You will begin to understand how these changes to your lifestyle can bring a new balance to your life through your better health.  My eight week program will take you from where you are and start you on the path to where you want to be in your healthy lifestyle!

Group Presentations and workshops

I offer group presentations and workshops for my coaching sessions as well.  Whether with a bunch of friends or a business setting, my presentations are informative and you may even have some fun!  My workshops are interactive and a great way learn something and meet new people!  I focus on teaching you how to live a healthier lifestyle with some fresh new ideas, helpful tips and practical solutions.   My presentations are perfect for local business offices, corporate wellness programs, schools, community and day care centers, health fairs and anywhere people can get together.  Contact me today!


Plant- Based Lifestyle Coaching Sessions
