Ingredients
- 2 ears fresh corn steamed, cut off the cob and chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh black beans or 1 15 oz can drained
- 1 medium tomato chopped in 1/2 inch dice
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro fresh parsley can be substituted
- 2 scallions 1/4 inch dice
