The Wellness Container Garden

January 1 - December 31

It’s spring!  Are thoughts of beautiful summer veggies and herbs swirling in your head?

Fresh herbs and vegetables  are a great addition to your healthy diet.  A wellness container garden can be customized to your favorites for the health and wellness you are looking for this growing season.

Not sure where to begin?  Not sure if you’ve got the space for a garden?  As an experienced organic container gardener of over 40 years, I can teach how to grow a bounty of fresh veggies and herbs in a small space!

I’ve grown everything from basil to corn stalks in a container.  I do not use pesticides and only organic fertilizer.  I am certified in Organic Gardening.  It’s a wonderful feeling to see your crop grow after tending it yourself.  Gardening can release stress and offers you healthy food! What we eat and put into our bodies will show on the outside.  Why not grow the food that enhances your better health?

If you’d like more info, please hit the contact me button.

Hourly rate is $50

There is a two hour minimum for the first planting sessions.  We will review the plants and herbs you’d like to grow for this season and you make the choices.  Plants, dirt, containers are not included. This includes instruction on how to plant and grow plants organically without chemical fertilizers and pesticides.

Add-on a health coaching session and learn how to add in that healthy bounty to your diet and lifestyle for $50 per hour.

Let’s get this garden party started!  Contact me for more info!
