Exhausted No More, The Better Sleep Sessions Workshop Program

Every living being needs sleep.

The quality of your sleep can be directly related to your metabolism, memory, creativity, immune function, sex drive, hormone balance, hunger, disease prevention, sports performance, accident avoidance, converting short memory to long-term memory, reaction time, good judgement, surgery recovery, depression/happiness and more.

Some of us may suffer from insomnia, sleep apnea, narcolepsy and other sleep disorders.  We all want our best sleep. We all want to wake up refreshed and ready for our new day.

As a certified holistic health coach and sleep science coach, I work with my clients to educate and motivate them towards their optimal health.  The idea is to heal your body so sleep can occur naturally.  Embrace your better sleep with a healthy lifestyle.  The foods we eat and the times we eat them, as well as an active lifestyle,  all work together towards your better sleep.

This program, Exhausted No More, The Better Sleep Sessions, is designed to pinpoint how you can begin to find your better sleep by making changes to your lifestyle. Going 3 for 3-combining healthy food choices, a healthy lifestyle and sleep into your overall wellness is our ultimate goal.

-Six week program

-1 hour weekly session

-Available in person, online and live webcam

-Cost $500

-Additional sessions $50 per hour

-Kids Better Sleep Sessions  $400
